Zen Circle Support & Help

Zen Circle works fully offline, with no ads and no account required.

Quick Start

  1. Tap when the ball enters the glowing arc to keep your combo.
  2. Choose between Zen (forgiving) and Fast (more challenge).
  3. Earn combos to unlock evolving backgrounds in each world.
  4. View and save unlocked backgrounds in the gallery.

App Language

  • Go to Settings → Interface → Language.
  • Pick your preferred language, or keep “Follow device language”.
  • This affects all in-app menus and messages.

Restore Purchases

  1. Open Zen Circle → Settings.
  2. Tap Restore Purchases.
  3. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

If Premium is still not unlocked, please contact support with:

  • Your device model (e.g. iPhone 14, iPhone SE).
  • Your iOS version.
  • The type of purchase (one-time Premium).

Premium Information

Zen Circle Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks all worlds, backgrounds, and extra visual effects. No subscriptions.

Troubleshooting

No sound

  • Increase device volume and ensure Silent mode is off.
  • Check your headphones or speakers.

Combo stops unexpectedly

  • Low Power Mode may affect timing — try disabling it.
  • Keep the app in the foreground if battery is very low.

Premium did not activate

  • Ensure the purchase appears in your App Store history.
  • Try Restore Purchases again in settings.
  • If the issue persists, send a screenshot of your receipt or App Store purchase screen.

Billing Information

  • Zen Circle is free to download.
  • Premium is a one-time in-app purchase.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
  • You can reinstall the app and restore the purchase anytime.
  • The game works fully without Premium — Premium only adds more worlds and visuals.
